In hot weather we recommend that our Manuka Doctor Multifloral Manuka with Thyme Honey is refrigerated to maintain a thick, golden consistency. If your honey does become runny then simply chill for a few hours.

Orders are dispatched Monday – Saturday 3pm. Any orders received after 3pm Saturday will be dispatched Monday.

GCC shipping times

All orders that come in before 3pm will be dispatched the same day. Any that come in after 3pm will dispatched the next day.

Transit times vary from 1-3 days.

What do I do if the product arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during shipment, please send us a photo of the shipping package the jar came in and the damaged jar. Please be sure to include the shipping label in your photo.
